ABC Day - Bethel

Thank You for volunteering to help with our outreach efforts at ABC Day on Saturday Oct. 1st. Bethel School District brings together the surrounding community in appreciation for our Service Members, Veterans and their Families. Held at Bethel H.S., here you will find entertainment, interactive booths, resources, static displays, food and much more. Like at the Washington State Fair, MusicWorks4Veterans will be present with our Booth and Interactive Music Jam circle. We appreciate your dedication towards helping to get the most out of our presence at this event and joining in with MW4V camaraderie. Fellow MW4V team members and Volunteers always have fun working together to support our cause to engage our Veterans, Military Service Members in transition, Families and our supportive Community with our community based jam events and introduce them to the healing benefits Music can bring to one's life.

ABC Day (All Bethel Community Day)

EVENT TIME & DATE:

9 AM - 3 PM on October 1st, 2022

Booth and Jam circle setup volunteers will meet at 7:30 AM to be ready for the event's 9 AM Start time (Booth location TBA). We are seeking MW4V Booth Representatives to meet and greet event goers and invite visitors to participate in our music jam.

Our current need is to have 2 more Volunteers to work 11:30 until 1:30 minimum.

SCHEDULE

Friday 9/30

4:30 PM: John will meet Bethel staff to preview our booth and jam area and deliver some of our booth supplies.

Saturday 10/1

7:30 - 8:30 AM: Booth and Jam space setup. John S, Terry B, Ron L.

Exhibits must be ready by 8:30 AM for the Fire Marshall's walk-through.

9:00 AM: Event Start

12:30 - 1:20 PM: MW4V Band plays on stage. John S, Bill K, Jerry B, Gary O, Ron L.

3:00 PM: Event End. Strike the set!
