​Help us open the MuzeWorks 4 Veterans Administration and Activities Center.

We are thrilled to announce plans to open the new MuzeWorks 4 Veterans (MW4V) Administration and Activities Center in Lakewood, Washington — right in the heart of the Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) military community.

​

This new facility will serve as our headquarters, home to our MusicWorks 4 Veterans programs, and a hub for expanded creative opportunities including music lessons, songwriting, recording, art, and creative writing. It will also provide much-needed space for our equipment, rehearsals, open jams, open mics, and special community events.

​

Since 2012, under the banner of MusicWorks 4 Veterans, we have delivered meaningful, music-based programs that foster healing, connection, and reintegration for Veterans and their families. Today, as we evolve into MuzeWorks 4 Veterans, our mission continues and grows—offering even greater access to the transformative power of music and creativity.

The new Center will allow us to:

• Expand programming with more frequent and diverse activities for Veterans and families.

• Host events on our own schedule rather than relying on partner venue availability.

• Create new pathways for Veterans to engage in music, art, and community connection.

This project represents a major step forward in our ability to serve Veterans, military families, and transitioning service members throughout the South Puget Sound region and beyond.

Your donation to MuzeWorks 4 Veterans / MusicWorks 4 Veterans directly supports the establishment of this much-needed facility. Since our founding, we have operated entirely with volunteers and no paid staff—ensuring every dollar goes toward empowering Veterans through the creative process of music and art.

 

Together, we can make this dream a reality and ensure Veterans and their families continue to experience the healing power of music for years to come.
