MW4V BOOTH TEAM VOLUNTEERS: Welcome to our first MW4V SummerFEST event 2022. Thanks for volunteering and being a part of this (to be) fun and successful day. This forum is specifically for the coordination of our Booth load-in, setup, operation, break-down and load-out. We will be providing more info as we receive it.
Booth Team and Promotions Team work closely together to ensure Booth coverage, hanging banners and field promotions, etc.

We will be setting up along the North side of the 150ft long Barn, just South of the Steilacoom Park Playground. Our closest display vendor neighbors will be the Army's 16th Combat Brigade. Should be hard to miss. :)
As an event vendor, MW4V will operate our booth and music jam circle from 11am-6pm. The event itself is from 11am – 9:30pm. Vendors may not breakdown before 6:00pm.
